RE/MAX New Horizon – Sergio Bazan in Mesquite, TX

Our Journey with Brenda Palacios was so wonderful. As first-time buyers we had no idea where to start. She made house searching so easy for us, all we had to do is tell her what we were looking for and she did all the work! She really made us feel like family and like we could count on her for anything. She went above and beyond to obtain the information we needed to purchase our home as well as answering each question we had at any time. She truly is an agent who listens to your needs and wants are and doesn't stop looking until she has found the property that best suits your requirements. Her fun and positive attitude made her a joy to work with. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Brenda! We would recommend her to all and everyone who is searching for their perfect dream home. Thank you for everything Brenda!!

Most definitely recommend Sergio 100%. He walked with me through the process of evicting bad tenants, to prepping the home for sale, and finally getting it sold few days after putting it for sale. He made the process so easy and communicated through the entire negotiating process. What’s even better is we got more than asking price. He was great! I definitely will be using Sergio in the future.

Sergio was very professional and truly listened to what I wanted in a home. He worked around my schedule and consistently sent me listings of what I was looking for in a home. He respected my budget and was honest in all of his communication. Sergio was also available for any questions I had after I had closed on my home.

First time home owner here and I just wanted to share my experience with Brenda.  She was absolutely perfect and we were truly blessed to have had her as our realtor. We spent a lot of time saving for this huge milestone in our lives that we wanted to make sure the house we made our ‘forever home’ was the perfect fit for us. We didn’t know if we wanted to buy land and build our home or if we would find the perfect home for us. Brenda was ready for us though. She made the whole process so easy and stress free. I would 1000% recommend Brenda Palacios.  she is absolutely dedicated to her clients and I am so glad we found her and our forever home.

If it wasn’t for Sergio I don know how I would of purchased my house. He worked me so well and he made the process stress less and enjoyable. He is beyond professional and his knowledge well exceeds anything I could of ever ask for in a realtor. I cannot thank him enough and I feel truly blessed to have someone like him assist me in making one of the biggest purchases of my life. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Thank u Sergio so much for everything you did for me and my family.
